We liked the cleanliness, the pool, the Yürk kitchen restaurant working between 12-16, the beach, the game room for children, the evening children's shows (having them every night was very fun), the entertainment and bar services.

We did not like the lack of internet, the distance to the beach, some of the staff members in the children's room not taking care of the children, Turkish night concept not meeting our expectation of Turkish flavors, limited variety of fruits (e.g. no grapes in 10 days), and the cleanliness materials and tea/coffee products not being replenished in our room (replenished only once within 10 days, after talking to reception 5 times).

İnternetin olmayışını, plaja uzaklığını, çocuk odasında çocukla ilgilenen kişilerin bazılarının çocuklarla ilgilenmemesini, Türk gecesi konseptinde Türk lezzetlerinin beklentimizi karşılamaması, meyve çeşitlerinin sınırlı olması (örneğin 10 gün içerisinde hiç üzüm çıkmadı), odamızda temizlik malzemelrinin ve çay/kahve ürünlerinin yenilenmemesini (10 gün içinde bir kere yenilendi, 5 kez respsiyonla konuştuktan sonra) beğenmedik.

Pleasant stay and a very nice atmosphere

The buffet was very extensive, delicious, and well taken care of. The atmosphere was a real plus, it was cozy and pleasant and not too crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good pool and nice beach, Comfortable room with a convenient balcony. Many nice shops nearby.

Towels were changed very late daily. Toothpaste stains on the mirror from day 1 were still not cleaned by day 6. The drinking cups in the room were not replaced, only turned upside down to give the impression that they are clean.

During check-in, we were allowed to dine first before going to the room, when we went to the room about half an hour later, it was very warm, I could have expected them to have already turned on the air conditioning for us in the meantime.

Between 10:30 and 12:30 and between 16:00 and 18:30 there was no food. This is very inconvenient for those who want to sleep in or are at the beach in the afternoon.

It was ok but if I come back to Antalya, I will choose another resort

Good and varied food! Daily cleaning! Comfortable room! Welcome gift!

Noise at the pool and restaurant, low water pressure in the shower, no hair conditioner, body wash products are in dispensers attached to the wall! It's better to bring your own personal care products! Cocktails included in the price are quite diluted and do not seem to be of good quality! The sand on the beach and in the sea has many small stones and water shoes are necessary! The reception staff was not very friendly with us, it feels like they are bothered if you ask them for something!

Highly recommend the hotel!

We have already been to this hotel three times. We like the high level of service, excellent location, beautiful interiors, cleanliness everywhere! Very good beach. The food in the main restaurant is tasty and varied. Thanks to the hotel management and all the staff for our excellent stay. Special thanks to the employees of the reception Tezhan and Vasily. They instantly resolved all our issues.

The only request is to acquire new bath towels. Hotels of such level should have snow-white towels.
