Хорошее расположение, удобная парковка, большая площадь номера, техника и мебель в хорошем состоянии
Ремонт очень обшарпанный (стены в потеках и выбоинах), причем на фотографиях номера этого не видно. В душевой кабине торчат их стены провода без изоляции и ползает громадная саранча
