This is a generally inexpensive stay, but you get what you pay for.

It's an average hotel. For the price, there's a pool and breakfast included which are adequate, but not exceptional. The reception staff are very friendly and it is quite close to Kaleiçi which is beneficial.

The rooms were not particularly clean. The floor clearly had not been cleaned and the bathroom is very average. The bed is of poor quality, the breakfast is basic and the use of the spa is not included despite the hotel's name stating "hotel & spa", which was a little disappointing.

The location..very close to the tram

Giving the customer a room in the basement under the pretext that it's the economy option and forcing them to pay extra to change..I didn't like that except for that everything was acceptable.
