I don't know where to start. Pure disaster. Fortunately, we were only there for three days temporarily. It started with check-in. Supposedly at 2:00 PM. We arrived at 4:30 PM and couldn't get into our room. There were apparently issues and we might have to go to another hotel. Since we didn't agree, we finally got our room around 8:00 PM. The next shock. Even a youth hostel is cleaner and more orderly. Nothing worked, neither the air conditioning nor the TV. The bathroom looked more than disgusting. Old, broken, and gross. We went down for dinner. Another shock. Just looking at it made us sick. In addition, the tables are not properly cleaned. No such thing as All Inclusive. There were simply no cold drinks other than Cola and Fanta, which were even served lukewarm. For example, beer after 10:00 PM for a fee. And no free internet. And so on. We have never seen anything like this before. This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. That's all about that...
