The location was excellent. The immediate surroundings offered an excellent selection of restaurants and cafes, leaving nothing to be desired. Easily accessible and especially the area has something to offer for everyone.
WARNING: Health hazardous and unhygienic!
We had clearly indicated when booking that we absolutely needed a 100% non-smoking room. The hotel never responded to this condition. Upon our arrival, we were mistakenly assured at the reception that the room was clean and smoke-free. That was a blatant lie.
The condition of the room was an absolute disaster and a health hazard:
An extreme smell of cold smoke.
Cigarette burns in the mattress and duvets.
Ash and cigarette remnants were everywhere.
Significant mold infestation in the refrigerator and toilet.
The kitchen was in a dilapidated and unhygienic condition.
We were forced to spend two nights in this unacceptable room while having to look for new accommodation. The subsequent cancellation was a struggle.
This behavior borders on fraud. Travelers who value cleanliness and their health should definitely avoid this hotel at all costs.
