Impressions are terrible, will never return, not worth the money!

Nothing. Animation guys drove this hotel. And the massage at the hotel is also good, naturally paid.

1. This is definitely not a first-line hotel, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea in the heat, the beach is very small and right next to the water amusement park which always smells of gasoline! The beach sunbeds are half broken. There is a paid bar on the beach that doesn't even work.

2. Had to buy beach towels and a safe, as well as access to the internet.

3. The receptionist doesn't want to help at all and seems to not know how to smile, answering questions in a rude manner without providing any information.

4. Room cleaning is a separate impression, wanted it to be cleaned properly and the tea left immediately, but unfortunately, it did not work out.

Tried to take a video but couldn't add it. The photo of the towel they brought me is supposedly clean.

5. And the food is absolutely terrible, there is nothing to eat except rice, fish I haven't seen once.

Regarding the hotel - nothing.

The hotel is absolutely not 4 stars. Even 2 stars would not be given. And this is without nitpicking. Check-in took 3 hours. The manager could not initially find the changes in my booking in the system. And then wanted to charge a higher amount than was confirmed on booking.com. Clarifications took 3 hours.

Restaurant - is a canteen with dirty trays, disposable plastic or paper cups. Cups have to be asked for every time. Awful coffee machine, where very often just water was pouring out. Although the coffee there was disgusting. Turkish coffee - extra 80 lira. Vending machine with diluted chemical taste of peach, lemon, and juice, juices are paid. Coke/Fanta were poured in the bar. Food was tasteless - too many different spices. Sometimes there was even no meat. Freshly cooked barbecue was only once for the holiday. Fruits were 4 types: watermelon, apples grade 1, apples grade 2, and a mix of plums and oranges.

Spa. Was only once. Did not want more. No atmosphere of relaxation at all. Unprofessional massage. Smell of dampness and sewage places.

Only one key per room. At the same time, pulling out the key, the air conditioner and refrigerator turn off. Meaning, it will be stuffy and the chocolate in the fridge turns into a mess. Request for a second key is not allowed for energy saving purposes.

In the fridge, water appeared only twice in 5 days. And it had to be reminded about it. Cleaning is okay, but the rooms are partially renovated, but: bed coverings were torn, old curtains, old furniture. Shower amenities were practically nonexistent. You have to ask for them and remind.

Internet is paid - 3 euros a day on the hotel territory, safe is paid - 3 euros a day, beach towels - 5 euros each. There are no bathrobes in the room.

The beach is 2nd line (10 minutes walk). In terrible condition. See photos.

There is no cafe. Bring your own water. Shower on the beach with sea water. But! Maximum of 10 people :)

The pool is always full. Music by the pool is very loud and almost always Turkish. Sometimes Russian. Rarely something else. Just constant oriental music playing. Meanwhile, in the 'restaurant' music sometimes didn't play at all.

Location. Easy to reach the beach and city center

The pool. Could have been deeper and have a separate section for swimmers
