The sea is beautiful, views of the mountains. The territory is well maintained.
Friends, this is not Rixos. Operated by TUI.
Cleaning in the rooms and common areas is maintained, but everything is very old already. The mattress in our room was worn out.
Bathrobes and cosmetic sets need to be requested separately. That's the hotel's policy. This is a property indicating a 5-star level.
Lots of food and it's diverse. But not very tasty. Like plastic. In Russia, this is called 'fivestar' from a store.
The morning entertainment starts playing music at 7:30. In the evening, noise from the neighboring hotel is loud.
The territory of the hotel is very dirty. Broken asphalt. There are no good cafes.

The dining experience at the restaurants was unsatisfactory. Throughout our 6-day stay, meat was provided only once. The majority of the menu was unpalatable and predominantly comprised of bland dishes and cabbage-based meals with limited variety.
The lunch venue resembled more of a cafe than a formal restaurant.
The beach space was disorganised and unclean, and the service fell short of our expectations.
The nightly entertainment was equally disappointing. There were scarcely any substantial shows, just a few uninteresting performances that failed to captivate.
