La literie ! Nous avons mal dormi pendant 10 jours horrible douleur dorsale pour mon mari et moi on sentait les ressorts et la nourriture c était pas ce que j ai connu il y a 7 ans

Excelente

The hotel left mixed impressions: friendly staff and normal service, but the food, condition of some areas, and absence...

- Very friendly staff;

- Good room cleaning;

- Always available water, tea, juice, coffee, and soda;

- Convenient booking of tennis courts and restaurants through the application;

- There is a bar with billiards in the evening;

- Many cats on the territory, there is a house for them;

- Beautiful territory;

- Near a bus station with minibuses, convenient to reach Side;

- Food is mediocre: not enough seafood, dry fish, overcooked shrimp, not very diverse;

- Often dirty tables/chairs and sometimes dirty utensils;

- In the off-season during rainy weather, there is almost nothing to do. Snack bars and activities are not available in bad weather;

- After the rain, they did not clean the puddle on the tennis court;

- The pool is poorly heated;

- There were defects in the room (clogged sink, flickering lamp);

- Unpleasant view from the room;

- Some cocktails are tasteless;

- For the price in the season, the hotel does not seem justified.

Excellent

There were some exceptional staff members there; Hikmet, Fatma ,Atica. The reception service was excellent and accommodating. The spa facilities and staff were exceptional.

We notified the management that it was our anniversary, yet they did not even leave us a note, let alone do something special.
