From the pool and the friendliness of most of the staff.
From the food that was very limited and of poor quality. From the Spa, gym, and dinner schedules. It is not acceptable that in a 5-star hotel the gym closes at 6:45 pm and dinner is until 9pm. There is nowhere to grab some fruit or yogurt after 4pm. The air conditioning only worked well. The pastry shop that opened at 12pm and closed at 5pm. It was unbearably hot in the dining room and bars. The beach towels, besides being very worn, had to be picked up and dropped off at the SPA, which closes at 6:45pm. On the eve of the departure day at 07:00, I asked for a snack. They told me to get a sandwich from the bar fridge. The service is not up to hotel or 4-star standards. The beach has many rocks, you have to wear shoes to go into the sea.
