A wonderful family holiday with excellent service

We had a fantastic stay at Trendy Lara. The food selection was excellent and there was always something for everyone in the family. The pool area and beach access were great for relaxing with our child. A special thank you to Gökhan, who went out of his way to help us organize a birthday celebration for my partner — the surprise and the extra touches made the whole holiday truly memorable. The staff overall were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our 7 nights.

Quality, relaxing stay with a touch of coffee quirkiness.

The food is truly fresh and of good quality. This is not a budget-conscious company. They are happy to allow you to enjoy the amenities without constantly limiting choices. The staff is helpful yet discreet.

It is quite difficult to find any flaws with this establishment. My main critique is their reluctance to prepare an espresso for you, even if you visit the on-site café (which is quite lovely). They have Nescafe coffee machines all around, which are decent as they use real coffee beans. However, they are so committed to these machines that even when you order an espresso at the café, they prefer to use the Nescafe machine. If you look away for a moment, they may attempt to make your coffee with the Nescafe machine. It's commendable that they have invested in quality coffee machines, but true coffee connoisseurs prefer an espresso machine. This is significant for some customers, and it feels odd to have to monitor the staff and oversee how your coffee is prepared.

Great food and service. Particularly one waiter named Bayram. Full professionalism on his part. Clean and tidy rooms.

Children's animations were conducted in the Russian language.

The variety and quality of the dining options at the hotel were outstanding. It was the best dining experience we have ever had at an all inclusive resort. The restaurant's cleanliness was also exceptional and it was never overly crowded even at peak meal times. The room was modern, tidy, and comfortable. The entertainment was excellent, and there is a small water park on the premises for children. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the bars were well equipped. The beach is a 3-minute boat ride away, but it is well worth it, and we never waited more than a minute for a boat.

Securing sun loungers at the pool proved to be a daily challenge. At times, we had to go to the beach to find space. The hotel may need to devise a strategy to prevent guests from reserving sunbeds with their towels at 6am and leaving them vacant until they emerged at 11am. Perhaps using towels of a different colour would help. They are currently the same colour as the sunbeds, so when viewed from your balcony, it appears there are plenty of available sunbeds, but upon closer inspection, they are all reserved. Guests should also note that the hotel is not close to any shops or eateries, and there are no promenades or pathways leading to them. However, there is a fantastic bus service conveniently located right outside the hotel entrance.
