Exceptional

We stayed at the hotel in February. Despite it being the off-season, the food selection was extensive. The food was high quality, the desserts were delicious with a wide variety to choose from. There was also a good selection of alcoholic cocktails and spirits. The hotel truly stands out for its cleanliness!

The evening shows would honestly be better if they didn't take place, especially the live music. Even someone without musical ability could sing better. It would be preferable to have no shows at all. The piano, however, is very beautiful and perfectly suits the atmosphere — please keep just that.

A mixed pleasure

Everything was perfect as during previous visit in October!

Could definitely not understand why the female leader in reception demanded almost double payment after 3 days' stay (2 couples in 2 rooms). Got an hour to contact Booking.com. Locked our access to the rooms?? Have never experienced anything so unpleasant. We can clearly see that the price is almost the same whether it is 2 people in 2 rooms, as she claimed we had paid for ?? Have complained to Booking.com but still no response!!
