Cleanliness is good, the hotel is very old but looks very nice in pictures, the children's pool is very small, bathroom with shower installed on the ceiling 🤦🏻♀️, washing my child was horrible

The staff are nice and there is different entertainment every day. The food is amazing, I definitely recommend it. The drinks are available 24/7.
The rooms could benefit from some minor cosmetic maintenance. However, the most unpleasant part of our stay was the encounter with Axmed Water Sports, operating on the hotel's beach. Their staff attempted to sell me services at an extremely inflated price. When I realised they were trying to deceive me and mentioned leaving a review on Google, the next day Axmed came to the hotel, verbally assaulted and threatened me. He said he would wait for me outside the hotel and that he was not afraid of the police.
Luckily, the hotel manager was there at the time, intervened to stop him, and reassured me that everything would be fine. I am truly grateful for the manager's assistance.
I was on holiday with my wife and our 6-month-old baby, and this incident caused a lot of stress to my wife. It was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience, particularly in a place where guests should feel safe and at ease.
