A very disappointing stay with poor food, poor cleanliness, and serious unresolved safety concerns.

Honestly, there was very little that I liked about this hotel. The only positive aspects were Mr. Ismail, who was very helpful and professional, the maintenance technician who did a good job, and the restaurant waiters who were friendly and attentive. Apart from these staff members, I did not find anything else that met my expectations.

I was very disappointed with almost every aspect of this hotel. The food quality was poor, and the same ingredients were repeatedly reused in different dishes with only minor changes. The breakfast was far below what I would expect from a Turkish hotel and lacked many traditional Turkish breakfast items.

The cleanliness was also unsatisfactory. Only visible areas seemed to be cleaned, while places such as under the beds were neglected.

The biggest concern was safety around the swimming pool. Parts of the plastic covering surrounding the pool were broken and missing, causing my daughter and several other children to fall and get hurt. I reported this hazard to the pool supervisor multiple times and even have photos as evidence, but it was not repaired during my entire seven-day stay.

In addition, some staff members, particularly at the bars and in the spa area, were unprofessional. The woman promoting massages and Turkish bath services was especially pushy and unpleasant in her interactions with guests.

Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic standards of food quality, cleanliness, service, and guest safety.

- The hotel takes a deposit for pool towels, a practice not found in any other resort or hotel I have stayed at before.

- The hotel charges 20€ for a second key to the room, which is standard practice in all other resorts that provide 2 keys upon check-in.

- There is a 2€ per day fee for using the safe box in the room!!!

- The building design results in rooms not being the same size, especially in the balcony area.... All rooms numbered 10 to 17 (all floors) have small balconies but are priced the same as other rooms.
