We enjoyed our stay and had a pleasant time despite the unprepared staff, but this is rather thanks.

Fundamentally, the beachside facilities were very elegantly and practically done. There are also no complaints about the food, everything was very delicious.

The staff is often amateur or downright rude. Handling simple things or providing assistance causes problems, they cannot handle things for days and then say that it is not possible, even though it was just about a Late check out. Among the night bartenders, there have been cases where they turned away from taking our order and were impolite. I think this is unacceptable and they could benefit from a training for the employees there. Just as an example for fun, when I was waiting in line to order a drink, a server stepped in front of me and placed their order first, their colleague even acknowledged that this was a bit awkward, but they just grinned embarrassedly. Well, this just proves that the restaurant standards are not really clear at this place.
