Just okay, room for improvement.

Complaint management works very well. They respond immediately and offer a solution. Food in the restaurant is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very beautiful property with direct access to the sea.

Too few staff for so many guests. It's hard to find a table in the air-conditioned area if you arrive a bit later. The rooms in the two main buildings seem to be good, all others appear to be quite run-down. No food available 24h, which I would expect in a 5-star hotel. Too few elevators available.

The pool is very nice, the guy with shisha was amazing, the food is acceptable.

First THIS IS MAXIMUM 3 STAR HOTEL, they didn't give the room you booked. When you ask them to change the room because it's not what you paid for, they refuse. The bathroom is very old and so smelly, the air conditioning doesn't work all the time.

I enjoyed the pool, ocean, and food.

It was overcrowded. It's difficult to find a spot by the pool to lounge. You have to wake up early and leave your towel there to secure a spot. The restaurant is chaotic, people bump into each other and there is a lack of respect.
