Great location! The sea and mountains are like a fairytale!

The food was good, with fish, meat, and chicken, had everything!

The room cleaning is terrible! The floors are not washed, the bed linen was not changed once in 10 days! The air conditioner is good, but the filter was never cleaned since its installation! If you choose this hotel, check the filter! It's impossible to breathe in this room! The shower cabin is very small and you have to squeeze in, as the opening is about 30cm.

First, they gave a room on the last floor in the adjacent building with noisy ventilation on the roof. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise. Asked to change the room! First, they offered a room in the basement, which was all moldy! It's terrible! Then they offered a room also in the basement, without windows! Of course, I refused! Only on the next day they gave a somewhat better room, but with sounds of clinking dishes from the dining room. But there was no other choice!

I didn't like the work of the waiters in the dining room, especially the girls! Slow, careless, seeing that something is spilled on the floor but nobody cleans it up, so it's very slippery! The coffee machine may just stand in a puddle, but nobody cleans it up! Paper cups, plastic plates are normal here! There is no menu at the bar near the pool! You don't know what they have and what you can order!

There is a pier, but the last 3 steps on the staircase to go down to the sea are broken. It's dangerous!

There are many disadvantages that can be listed, 3 stars are too many for this hotel!

Never again.

A dramatic stay. All sunbeds on the pier are broken and dangerous, sunbeds are occupied from 6-7 a.m. by customers reserving them with towels, which should be prohibited. The food quality is poor, service is disorganised, during meals items were missing after an hour, cutlery and plates were not sufficient. The hotel does not provide butter for breakfast, which was surprising. I found mouse droppings in the bread roll. If you were lucky to get a plate, they were covered in excess water, so wet that it flooded the floor, making the restaurant a hazardous area. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which led us to change hotels after two days.

I understand it's only a 3-star hotel, but the standard is lacking even for that.

The buffet does not match the description on the website, the dishes are not varied and not abundant. Disappointed with the meals.

The soundproofing is not good, you can hear everything that happens in the next room.

Most of the staff are not friendly.
