Exceptional

Very poor stay.

The reception staff were extremely polite.

Delicious food with a wide variety.

Room service.

Uncomfortable beds.

Outdated room and hotel.

No evening entertainment for children.

Not many lights and decorations, making the hotel seem scary at night.

Very poor medical centre service, with no doctor on-site when needed, forcing guests to go to the hospital and pay for consultation. If a car is available to take you there, the hotel, despite having 5 stars, doesn't care about sick guests who might have been affected by their pools, which have an inappropriate pH level causing eye irritation and severe pain.

In the end, the manager Murat told me it was my first stay and that I just came to complain. This is unprofessional of him.

They showed concern by sending messages on WhatsApp, but did not take action to assist me.

I will not return. 80 percent of the experience was negative.
