An experience that will not be repeated

I loved the place only for the beauty of the mountains surrounding the village.

The worst hotel experience ever - financial exploitation, overpriced rooms, and poor management.

Unfortunately, my experience with my family in this hotel was completely disappointing and I do not recommend it at all. The hotel is entirely aimed at serving Russian and Turkish guests only, and the staff speak Russian better than Turkish, while there is no staff member who knows a single word in English! Throughout our stay, we felt unwelcome.

**My very negative evaluation reasons:**

1. **Tragedy of the Rooms (Room change 3 times!):** Upon arrival, we waited a long time for check-in under the pretext of cleaning, only to find very cramped "matchbox" rooms not exceeding an area of 10 square meters! Due to the lack of internet, we were moved to rooms above the lobby and it was a disaster; the doors were of metal and made very annoying "squeaky" noises, opening any door at night would wake the entire hotel up! Additionally, the air conditioning was bad and dysfunctional, which led us to change rooms for the **third time**!

2. **Internet Exploitation (Wi-Fi):** The internet was very bad and weak even in the lobby. Despite that, we were forced to pay 10 dollars (5 dollars per phone) to use the internet on two devices, yet the speed was almost non-existent and we did not benefit from it at all, we paid the money with no service.

3. **Awful Food:** Although we booked "all inclusive", the buffet was very poor; only one hot dish from the kitchen, and the rest of the buffet was just salads and repetitive appetizers daily.

4. **Arrogant Management:** The general manager behaved arrogantly and extremely indifferently, always booking the best table by the pool side and placing a "Reserved" sign for his presence, and when he arrived, the poor workers got busy with his personal service and neglected the guests.

**Conclusion:** We had a very bad impression and a memorable experience that will not be repeated, and we will definitely not return to this hotel again and advise everyone to stay away from it.
