Disappointing

I enjoyed the location. The bus stop is nearby, and the old town and shopping centre are within walking distance.

The lack of cleanliness was concerning. We found cigarette ashes in the toilet upon arrival, as well as stains on the floor and faucets. Fortunately, the sheets were clean and white. It seemed like they were the only thing the housekeeping team properly cleaned. There were three unexplained holes in the room, suggesting something may have entered during the night - one near the toilet, one in the shower, and one in the wall. I understand the concept of budget travel, but in this case, the price should reflect the condition more accurately.

The room is not up to standard. The air conditioning is not working, the staff is not helpful, and the hotel kitchen is very dirty.
