Hello! Thanks a lot to the front desk staff (Irina), who checked us in and accommodated us in the room. They explained everything to us and also a big thank you to the other guys. Room cleaning is very good, great comfort, nice girls. We were accommodated in room Yana and Zayneb, thank you to them separately. Daily cleaning, change of towels and much more. Entertainment program is also good, always busy and active. The kitchen and buffet are excellent! Hats off to the chef. There is a tour agency Romanov nearby, where you can always find excursions for every taste. The location of the hotel is also excellent. We will come back again. 🤝💓💓🤰🤰

All its flaws, you know! Especially Khalil Bay - the owner's brother of the hotel. He just told me, you understand, it's hard in the season

I periodically communicated with Marina, who took tourists to factories, Ali Bey, from the sauna and all the working staff, Yunus Bey, who made hookah, as well as animators - these people made my vacation more or less bearable. Huge thanks to them!
At the reception there are very rude women. Irina and Sultan. I constantly felt passive aggression!!! The Turkish guy from the restaurant, who also worked as a waiter in the bar - sauna and rudeness! My big mistake was not reading comments about this hotel, without even looking, I did not book a room for the night. I will never make such a mistake.
Paid internet, which is very disappointing! 3 euros per person per day, it didn't work for the first 2 days. On my requests to solve the problem, one answer - wait for when they come and fix it 😂 And they took the money, but did not return the difference - super 😅 The room seemed to be from the war time! The furniture was worn out - still hanging as a reminder, for the damaged furniture they charge 2 times more! But ok, this furniture, if thrown away, they won't even take it for free, but here - you pay 😅 the balcony was locked with a rare lock. In the wardrobe there were 2 hangers hanging - considering double occupancy. The hairdryer was living its own life, could start working in the middle of the night!
Lost a socket, started looking for it and looked under the bed and it's horror 😧 There was so much dust and garbage, that it's visible, they clean the rooms superficially. Not even cleaned before a new guest arrives - not cool!
Tomorrow, during breakfast, found an insect in the greens, gave it to the chef right away, he quickly took it and apologized. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired! The first hotel in Turkey where I was disgusted with the food. For breakfast, only drank coffee from the machine.
