Overall good hotel. The food is normal, but during the season there are a lot of people, and sometimes there are empty trays with food. You can find food to your taste, but mostly it's Turkish. They provide fruits (twice a week there were cherries, sometimes plums, kiwis, etc.), every day there are watermelons, melons, oranges, peaches. During the day, you can eat burgers, soups. They also serve lunch on the beach, and until 16.00 they offer drinks. The evening program is the same as in Turkish hotels, but it starts very early at 7 o'clock when people haven't eaten yet. Many reserve tables by the pool in advance, as there are performances there. Those who eat inside cannot see or hear anything. Then there is a children's program for 15 minutes, repeated daily. Ice cream is served from 14.30 to 15.30, but the choice is not great. Usually there are 2, but towards the end only 1. In the evening, there is a long line for sweets. The rooms were not ready immediately, they sent us to lunch. We asked to change one of them. In our room, the hairdryer was not working, we tried to turn it on, called the garage, decided not to use it. There was also no shower gel, so we used our own, but then they provided it. Standard rooms face the pool, it's very noisy all day and until night (during this time there is no evening program, just loud music playing). The rooms are small, cramped, uncomfortable to sleep under the air conditioner, stuffy without it. The balcony was closed at night, as we read reviews about spider bites. Besides that, there are biting flies and other insects flying around. My children had bites because they didn't understand who was biting them.

The hotel has pools and slides, which are fun to slide on. We swam in the pools a couple of times, but no more. The water is very dirty and murky. They clean the entire hotel area with a hose in the evenings, and this water goes into the pools. There are glasses, paper, etc. Kids were seen spitting in the pool, but no one told them anything. On the second to last day, the water in the main pool became slightly clearer, but it smelled of chlorine. Apparently, they decided to disinfect 😅. Mainly occupied by Russian-speaking, Germans, and Turks. We observed an elderly Turkish lady running cheerfully around the kids' pool with a cigarette in her mouth, then she threw it there. As for the beach, it is clean with occasional cigarette butts and smokers, but not in large quantities like on other beaches. We swam in the sea farther away from our beach because there are boats and other gasoline-powered equipment nearby for entertainment, which I consider unacceptable.

The biggest downside that every review shouts about - VERY DIRTY DISHES!!! I have never seen such dirt in any hotel. It's not only leftover food (although there was some), but you can see under the light that the dishes are not washed but just rinsed. However, since we had to eat something, we took those plates but didn't finish the dish. Glasses were also dirty, so we tried to give water to the kids in plastic cups. Napkins for utensils were just torn, and they also put a fork and knife on them.

В отеле есть бассейны и горки,с которых весело скатываться. В бассейнах купались пару раз,дальше не стали. Очень грязная и мутная вода. По вечерам моют всю территорию отеля шлангом,и вот эта вода идёт в бассейн. В них могут плавать стаканчики,бумага и т.п. Видела как дети плюются в бассейн,никто не делал им замечания. В предпоследний день вода в главном бассейне стала чуть прозрачней,но воняла хлоркой. Видимо решили продезинфицировать 😅 . В основном отдыхающие русскоговорящие,немцы,турки. Наблюдали за пожилой турчанкой,которая бегала весело по детскому бассейну с сигаретой в зубах,потом ее туда же и кинула.Что касается пляжа,то он свой,в принципе чистый,бывают окурки и курящие,но не в таком большом количестве,как на других пляжах. Мы купались в море подальше от нашего пляжа,т.к. рядом с ним находятся катера и остальная бензиновая техника для разлекалок,что я считаю недопустимым.

Самый огромный минус,про который кричит каждый отзыв - это ОЧЕНЬ ГРЯЗНАЯ ПОСУДА!!! Ни в одном отеле я не видела такой грязи. Прям не с кусками еды (правда такое тоже было),но на свет видно,что посуду не моют,а просто ополаскивают.Но так как надо было в чем-то есть,то брала такие тарелки,просто не ела до конца блюда. Стаканы тоже грязные,старались брать детям воду в пластиковых стаканах. Салфетки для приборов просто стряхивают и на них же кладут вилку и нож.

Overall a good place, which could definitely be worth a visit again.
