Our stay at the hotel was generally good. The rooms were tidy, the staff was friendly, and the accommodation itself was fine. We enjoyed ourselves during our stay.
Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The quality and taste of the food were not what we expected from a hotel of this level. In our opinion, there was little variety and some dishes were not really fresh or tasty.
Too bad, because in terms of accommodation and service, we were satisfied. If the food would clearly be improved, our experience would have been much more positive.

The food was amazing. One of the best all-inclusive experiences I've ever had.
Beware of the inflated prices for extra activities such as parasailing, boat rental, etc. They are twice as expensive as in Southern Europe for similar activities. Be prepared for this. The prices in Side itself are extremely high. Make sure to bring plenty of cash if you plan to do anything beyond the included offerings.
