The hotel was very nice. Everything was very clean, the food was at a high level. The staff was very friendly and welcoming on the premises.

Exceptional, 2 bars close to the magnificent beach and location. Highly qualified spa center staff, osteopath massage, perfect hotel to rejuvenate. Magnificent guest relations. One additional feature compared to other hotels in Side or the region is that when you check out of the room at 12.00 and if your flight is later in the afternoon or evening, you still have the opportunity to swim, the hotel will provide you with a changing room so you can shower at your leisure. Moreover, you feel secure regarding personal belongings, the staff always watches over your belongings, even at the beach. The staff, whether at the bar, restaurants or reception, is highly qualified and professional.

The choice of all-inclusive food is different every day. An additional feature is that at the opening of the restaurant for lunch and dinner, the chefs personally welcome you at the entrance. Magnificent selection of different kinds of meats, fresh salads, and desserts are always available, even smoked salmon and prawns. Between 10.00 and 17.00, you can eat at the 2 beach bars, whether it's fresh fruits, sweets, pizzas, and other local specialties. I have never seen a hotel that is so meticulous and respectful of its customers. I especially thank Ayşe, Gülden, Metin, Semanur from the Spa. I also thank Meral from Guest Relations. I thank Ramazan and his team from the bar.

Lack of fresh orange juice in the morning. Coffee machine needs improvement.
