The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars ultra all inclusive. More like a 3. Good treatment from staff and very nice.
Unfresh rooms, dirty curtains, worn furniture. Very dirty in the shower. Ceiling shower doesn't work, soap dispenser doesn't work. The floor is very worn. Hard beds and old pillows. Ultra All-Inclusive but no evening show, no ice cream for the kids, pool was closed the last days and beach bars the same. Almost the same food all week. Total disappointment.

Hello, I am extremely unhappy with this hotel. The hotel was extremely dirty and very old. My entire family was upset. They served the same food for an entire week, and finally, when I went to bathe with my family in the Turkish bath, a man was walking around completely naked. My 10-year-old son was very upset by this. My wife and I were very concerned; it was an unexpected situation. My son can't stop talking about it - he's very stressed and upset. I don't know what to do. You could see in the bathroom the money I paid for this place and this hotel is not justified. Please take note. I request a refund due to the great stress I have been through. The hotel manager was very impolite, constantly shouting at my family and friends. I felt like we were in some sort of military camp. I request that you resolve the issue for the stress my family is experiencing.
