The bus to the beach was great. The food at the beach and the service there was excellent. The food at the hotel was great. The staff there was excellent. Our room was great and the cleaning lady was excellent.
The noise from neighboring rooms. Too many children in our hallway. That we didn't receive breakfast or a packed lunch, as we were picked up at 5.30 am.

Everything!
The entertainment mostly featured German music. Despite requesting some English music to be played, my request was denied twice, despite being assured that English music would be played the next night. A small inconvenience, but it wasn't just us, as there were other English guests present.
