Food was definitely good and also the team of the shows. Cleaning in rooms and halls needs to be much better.

Daily extensive and good food, even in the night there is something to eat.

Show (animation) team especially in the evening.

Hygiene. Rooms are not cleaned properly.

Also in the halls, cleaning is hardly done.

Minibar hardly refilled.

The whole resort seems to have a shortage of staff.

Price-Quality ratio. For the price paid, one should expect much better hygiene and the resort should definitely deploy more staff.

Satisfactory rooms, slightly worn out, but overall fine.

Rooms in the buildings windows facing each other, no privacy. Better to choose with a sea view, then it will be better.

Every evening they take out the grill onto the street and roast meat-fish, all the smoke goes into the room windows.

The staff is tired and not very welcoming.

Clearly not enough staff in the restaurant, they can't keep up with cleaning and bringing drinks to guests.

Food.. you won't find anything dietetic, like in other 5-star hotels.. And the porridge for breakfast - terrible! The soups are also scary to look at.. All meat is fried and in oil.. And practically everything was the same during the 7 days of stay.

The beach is dirty! Cigarette butts and plastic cups everywhere..

Once and not again

In principle, everything was offered for an all-inclusive hotel.

The facility needs a general overhaul. The menu was the same every day without major variations. The facility smells like sewage every night, making it almost impossible to stay outside.
