No comfort. No elevator, no cleaning service. The reserved room was not assigned: we paid for a 20-square-meter room with balcony, sofa, and garden view; there is no garden, no balcony or sofa, and the room is 9 square meters

Sadly it was dirty & the bathroom was not cleaned
