Great staff. Dated, but good value. Lots to do.

The staff was great and worked hard to accommodate our requests. The place was family-friendly. There were plenty of activities for the kids.

The place is a little dated. The beach is rockier than expected compared with other parts of Side.

Most of all, we want to thank the 'care service' about the guests.

For us, this has become the most pleasant and valuable impression of the hotel. We have vacationed in many places, but we have never encountered such attentive, warm, and sincere attitude towards guests before. Our requests were responded to quickly, calmly, and with genuine participation. Employees of the 'care service' did everything possible for our comfort: they helped resolve issues, brought everything necessary, clarified if everything was in order, and truly took care to ensure that our vacation was peaceful and comfortable.

It was very nice to feel that we were treated not formally, but in a human way. They listened to us, cared about us, tried to help in every situation, and met all our needs. This created a feeling of safety, attention, and genuine care.

Separately, I want to mention the mini-club: the girls are very friendly, kind, play with the children, speak in different languages. You can safely leave your child, knowing that they will be interested and comfortable.

Dirty on the territory, especially in the restaurant (dirt is simply wiped off, but for good it needs to be disinfected), plates and cups are often dirty, unpleasant. And the meat is often overcooked. You can cook the same dishes, much tastier.

The pillows are very hard.
