Beautiful hotel with attentive attitude towards guests

Really liked the big comfortable pool, tasty food, no lines, large territory, very friendly staff. Special gratitude to manager Ivanna, who is always extremely attentive to guests, always promptly helped us with any question😊

My vacation could be better

The location, facilities

I arrived at 2:00 the room wasn’t ready claiming that the available room is small for us and after one hours they offer me a two bedrooms in the building yet for additional cost!! When i complaint they said you booked through booking (as if it’s not their problem) they said the only available room is this if you didn’t like we don’t have any other option

Knowing that with the amount i am paying i could find a better place if i knew that this what i will get!!

Since i am coming from a different country with two kids i had to accept the small garden room!

Exceptional

It was great. We enjoyed it. The kids had lots of activities to do. The room was spacious, so you didn't feel crowded.
