A little about our stay at this hotel:

1. When entering the hotel, it smells of cat urine;

2. On all floors with rooms, there is no air conditioning and there is a strong smell. The rooms are old. For two people, they give one key card to access the room (very convenient). The room is stuffy, the air conditioner blows weakly somewhere upward, when opening the balcony it turns off. Consequently, you are almost always wet because of the smell. When leaving the room, the electricity is cut off and nothing charges, and the air conditioner also will not turn on of course. The towels are dirty, they take them and in order to get clean ones, you have to persuade the staff because at the reception they don't care about your requests (they nod their heads and then forget);

3. The hotel area can hardly be called a territory, there is a small pool and tables where you can smoke, that's all. Across 2 roads is a kind of entertainment area, when you go there you will be standing behind dirty mini tables, as they don't have enough chairs for everyone. There is no square meter of green area where you can relax, read a book, etc.;

4. Ultra all-inclusive means - no water, drinks in bottles. They pour the cheapest local sodas, alcohol, separated with water and count how many glasses you take, they don't give more than 2 at a time (without explaining the reason, it shouldn't be). In the evening, none of the bars work on the territory, they send you through two roads for drinks;

5. Food - all meat, fish, vegetables - frozen from packages. Every day the same for breakfast, everything is not tasty, in the last days people stopped going to it. Desserts - cotton. Fruits - unripe, sour, and tasteless. Coffee - diluted chemicals with dry milk, there is no real one. Juices - artificial and sweetened;

6. Guests - elderly pensioners and workers who start drinking vodka from 9 in the morning and don't stop until they drop;

7. Staff - rude, no one smiles, doesn't help in anything, constantly pestering you with massages, etc. A seat on a chair in the spa area - they found a reason to get up immediately, as it is the spa area (old conventional sofas, there were 0 people).

It was absolutely superb! Starting from the location, comfort, food that catered to all tastes, fresh, plenty to choose from and impeccable cleanliness!

Sufficient amount of towels at the pool and on the beach. Never had problems with availability

Entertainment options for both adults and children

There was very little meat/fish/seafood on the buffet. 50% were pastries, which I personally didn't mind, as it's not the type of food you can get full on. Once they grilled tuna for me, otherwise I ate one chicken and meatballs

Very pushy staff in the spa salon. They stand near the elevator and insistently offer their services (it's unreal to pass by them). Approaching them is a whole stress, because you won't leave peacefully, you'll have to spend 5 minutes waving off massages 😄 and during the vacation you least want to conflict with anyone

Untrue price of 70 euros for transfer, considering that in kiwitaxi you can take it for 40 euros
