There is a very good beach area with sunbeds. Friendly staff. Delicious food available at all times of the day.

Long queues at the buffet. The behavior of some guests was shameful.
Hotel doctor is part of a chain of private clinics, his behavior is geared towards getting patients there, which is extremely expensive!

Mrs. Mevlude at the front desk is a helpful person with a smiling face. We were welcomed nicely at the entrance. Guest relations Mrs. Meryem is warm and friendly. The location of the hotel is nice. Animation is relevant. A la carte meals are magnificent.

The room was spacious, the food was very delicious; there was something for everyone, and the staff were very nice and helpful, especially the guest relations lady.
Almost everyone could speak German or English, or both, which made communication easy.
-Transportation was a bit of a hassle because of the location.
-Knowing that the hammam is only open for guests from 10-12 am and from 4-6 pm, someone decided to send maintenance workers there exactly at that time as a guest (me) was there over something that wasn't even urgent - changing light bulbs that were a bit dimmed but still worked fine, where they kept coming and going for almost an hour - after that, I just had to leave. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. I never returned there again, which was very disappointing since I actually chose this hotel for its hammam.
