Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the sun lounger reservation issue needs to be addressed.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was good. The location was also convenient.

There is an issue with the sun loungers by the pool. By 8:00 a.m., there are no free sun loungers as many guests reserve them with towels and then leave them unused for hours or the entire day. The hotel should enforce its policy and remove unattended towels after a reasonable time to ensure all guests have a fair opportunity to use the sun loungers.

Another concern is that most announcements, entertainment programmes, and activities are only in German. The hotel hosts guests from various countries, not just Germany. It would be more beneficial if English was also used for entertainment, announcements, and activities, making them understandable and enjoyable for all guests.
