Overall, we had a satisfying stay, but the issue of sunbed reservations needs to be addressed.

The accommodation was tidy, the staff were welcoming, and the dining options were satisfactory. The location was also convenient.

There seems to be an ongoing problem with the availability of sunbeds by the pool. By 8:00 a.m., all sunbeds are already occupied due to guests reserving them with towels and then leaving them unused for extended periods, sometimes the entire day. The hotel ought to implement and uphold its policy by clearing unattended towels after a reasonable period to ensure equal opportunities for all guests to utilise the sunbeds.

A further concern is that the majority of announcements, entertainment programmes, and activities are exclusively provided in German. Despite hosting guests from various countries besides Germany, such limitations exclude non-German speakers. It would be greatly beneficial if English were incorporated into the entertainment, announcements, and other activities to facilitate understanding and enjoyment for all guests.
