The staff is very polite and helpful. It's a nice cozy place. Located in the old town but all restaurants etc are just around the corner.
Drinking water was provided only once during the stay but that can be overlooked considering all the other positive aspects.

The restaurant stays open late, so there may be some noise at night.

I usually stay in well-known chain hotels, so choosing a boutique hotel was a bit different for me. I'm so glad I did! This hotel has been a lovely change. It has so much character, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and felt much more personal than many larger hotels.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location in Antalya Old Town was perfect, with easy access to the historic streets, harbour, and plenty of great restaurants.
I also want to give special recognition to the staff. Before I arrived, I had an issue with my Booking.com reservation where my card was charged twice for the same booking. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly and reassured me they would help. On check-in, they had already arranged everything and refunded the duplicate payment in cash without any hassle. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to resolve a problem that wasn't their fault really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel with excellent customer service in the heart of Antalya Old Town, I would definitely recommend staying here.
