Top hotel! We had a family room. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hygiene was excellent and the food was delicious. Additionally, the hotel is in a perfect location. Definitely recommended!

Although I had some concerns initially due to the delayed check-in, the team—especially Huseyn—did their best to recover the experience. He kindly upgraded us to a family room with a jacuzzi. Overall, all the staff have been fantastic, helpful, and welcoming

During our stay to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, this facility surprised all of us with their attention and care. First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Önbür Hüseyin and Mr. Murat for the upgrades they provided, and Guest Relations Ms. Hacer for the lovely surprises both in the room and at the restaurant... This unforgettable celebration will always remain special for us.
At check-in, as we had to take the luggage of 4 adults and 2 children from the car to the reception, I parked our car in a place that would not obstruct traffic and I believe it was where the management vehicle was parked. The bellboy warned me to move my car despite me telling him that I would leave the bags at the reception and then park it. He repeated his request in a firmer tone with facial expressions, asking me to move the car... I think he was supposed to help us with carrying our belongings at that time, the attitude of the parking attendant was not nice... (his name is Ata)
