An experience that will not be repeated

I liked the place only for its beautiful mountainous surroundings.

The worst hotel experience ever - financial exploitation, overpriced rooms, and poor management.

Unfortunately, my experience with my family at this hotel was completely disappointing, and I do not recommend it at all. The hotel is entirely aimed at serving Russian and Turkish guests only, and the staff speak Russian better than Turkish, while there is not a single employee who speaks a word of English! Throughout our stay, we felt unwelcome as Arabs.

**My extremely negative assessment reasons:**

1. **Room tragedy (Room changed 3 times!):** Upon arrival, we waited for a long time to check in under the pretext of cleaning, only to be surprised by "cubbyhole" rooms that were very small, not exceeding an area of 10 square meters! Due to the lack of internet in these rooms, we were moved to rooms above the lobby which was a disaster; the doors were iron-made and produced very annoying 'squeaking' sounds, which woke up the entire hotel if one door was opened at night! In addition, the air conditioning was poor and almost non-existent, which forced us to change rooms for the **third time**!

2. **Internet exploitation (Wi-Fi):** The internet was very bad and weak even in the lobby. Nevertheless, we were forced to pay $10 (5 dollars per phone) to use the internet on two devices, and unfortunately, the speed was almost non-existent and we did not benefit from it at all; we paid money without any service.

3. **Terrible food:** Although we booked 'All-Inclusive,' the buffet was very poor; only one hot dish was offered from the kitchen and the rest of the buffet was repeated salads and appetizers daily.

4. **Poor management:** The general manager behaved arrogantly and rudely, reserving the best table in the pool area permanently and putting a 'Reserved' sign for his presence. When he showed up, the poor workers focused on his personal service and neglected the guests.

**Conclusion:** We had a very bad impression and an unforgettable experience, and I definitely will not return to this hotel again, and I advise everyone to stay away from it.
