Some staff members were friendly.
Bedroom was tidy.
It is an adult-only hotel, but you are treated like a child.
Drinks were not allowed in a glass, but in a plastic cup.
I had my own cup (a hard plastic cup that could hold as much drink as theirs) which caused some issues at the beach, but luckily the pool bar had no issues with it.
It was also very unfortunate that 90 or even 95% of the customers were Russian, causing some staff to only speak Russian and not English.
Most of the music played was Russian as well.
It might be useful to read about this in advance in the future.
Most of the food was cold, which was quite disappointing.
