Not recommended for vacations with children, or in general, not recommended, for the same amount of money there are more worthy options

The rooms in general are not bad. Daily cleaning. Food is quite diverse, but not super tasty. It was nice to have strawberries and watermelons in May. The staff at the kids club is pleasant.

There is absolutely no territory at the hotel, this could be noticed immediately in photos, but the hotel was chosen in a hurry. We relied on the good rating on Booking. The first room where we were placed was stuffy, agreed to move at the reception. Although not particularly responsive. The second disappointment was the cold water in both the open and indoor pool. In the indoor pool, no one cleaned, water constantly stood on the floor. The main restaurant is located next to the pool and evening entertainment area. The entertainment is at the level of belly dance and silly jokes. Cocktails taste like garbage with ice. The beach is small, pebbly, and the water slides are definitely useful. The staff is not friendly, reacts with displeasure to remarks. The clientele is also quite specific.

Relaxed stay in a luxurious hotel

Great selection of food and drinks that leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel welcome as a guest.

At the beach and by the pool, it was a bit too tight for us. This is due to the narrow property of the hotel, but we were aware of this.

In principle, there was a lot of food, very little fish, almost none. Aesthetic dishes do not make you want to eat, some kind of porridge, it's not clear by the name. It would have been better if it were less.

The dishes are not very fresh, they put them out several times. This is not very good and not tasty.

Most guests at your hotel are Russian tourists, it would be good to take into account the features of Russian cuisine. And overall, everything is good! 👌👍
