The staff were very helpful. The pool maintenance and cleanliness were very good. It exceeded our expectations. We can gladly come back again.

The accommodation was very dirty and some of the facilities in the accommodation were broken (windows, lights, air conditioning). The owner of the villa, who also left his mobile number on Booking.com, is very rude and does not respond to customers' requests. Consequently, the mediator also acts relatively reluctantly, as he cannot face any consequences for his exceptionally foul behavior. Furthermore, I am not sure to what extent one can expect a legal transaction with this booking. We had the feeling that we were in contact with a shady person here and are glad to finally be away from there. The mediator does not answer the phone and does not respond to customers' messages. In addition, he wants his money in cash, as he does not want to pay any fees to Booking.com.
The location of the villa is also very bad and there is no way to reach beautiful places on foot. All in all, I would like to say that the villa is not worth its price, as we have seen really nothing positive about the villa and especially about the mediator of this accommodation. Unfortunately, our holiday for this year was literally wasted...
