Beautiful location during the day, not at night

Beautiful location with a very interesting archaeological site beneath the hotel, pleasant rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff

At night, there are at least 3 sources of loud music nearby. Karaoke in the bar, a disco next door, etc. This was all too overwhelming

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!

Everything was perfect—the food, the staff, the rooms, the pool, and the hotel itself. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.

I honestly didn't want to leave the hotel because everything was so amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The food was outstanding! Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chefs for doing such an amazing job.

I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Lovely hotel and staff but needs improved amenities.

Beautiful property, stunning courtyard, delightful restaurant and seating area. The ruins are incredibly impressive and a major attraction, staff were very helpful when able to understand your requests. The entire place had a wonderfully serene atmosphere. The room was charming, and I appreciated the presence of a key-based safe. The massage service was exceptional and well worth the money. They also offer a convenient luggage storage area where guests can wait for rooms to become available or for transfers back to the airport. The à la carte Restaurant menu looked fantastic and appeared to be popular.

Very few sun beds available, towels were not replenished, so if you use the sun loungers later in the day, there are no fresh towels, and there are no staff members at the pool. The room does not have a kettle, irons are not provided, only an external service for which I assume there is a charge. Additionally, although this was promoted as an adults-only hotel (ages 14 and above), I observed families with very young children present. Moreover, the breakfast was unappetising, and tables were left dirty and not adequately cleaned for the next guests.
