It was beautiful.

Clean and staff quality was high, the food was delicious.

Most importantly, there is no health support. My spouse slipped in the bathroom and got a rash, we asked for an ointment but nobody helped. The customer service sent us to a doctor who was completely useless.

They direct you to the pharmacy for anything you need but their aim is to take patients to the hospital.

Isn't there even a first aid kit in the huge hotel!!!!

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The reception was very difficult to reach. For three days, the minibar was not restocked. Each time, we tried calling the reception without success. We had to go in person to report the issue.

The explanation provided was that there had been a sudden influx of guests, which, in our opinion, does not justify this lack of follow-up.

Furthermore, the food was not varied and repetitive, which made the meals disappointing throughout the stay.

Finally, the Wi-Fi was not working properly, which was a real inconvenience throughout the stay.
