Pleasant

We really liked the garden, the location, and the beach. The bed was very comfortable, and we also liked the design of the building.

Throughout the building (except for the lobby, restaurant, and rooms) it was very hot because the air conditioning was not operational. The pool was also very warm and therefore did not provide a refreshing cool-off.

Furthermore, we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. It was not thoroughly cleaned overall. Stale lemon was used in the cocktails multiple times.

Exceptional

This hotel offers a pleasant holiday with 100% services. Clean rooms, a full minibar of non-alcoholic drinks. Restaurants offer a varied menu. Drinks are served to you by pleasant and smiling waiters.

Care of the staff can also be seen in the beautiful garden full of greenery.

The beach is clean, sandy with easy access to the sea and plenty of sunbeds.

Caring managers constantly walked in restaurants, bars and throughout the area, alerting employees to any deficiencies.

During the day and evening, animators provided entertaining and sports programs for children and adults.

There is a relatively large bazaar near the hotel.

Great vacation, I recommend to everyone.

If you like to eat at dirty tables in the midst of crowds, then it's a good thing.

The massages.

The manager at the front desk was very friendly.

Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit grubby.

Wardrobes are jammed, and the shower smells extremely bad.

The service in the restaurant only improves with tips. Otherwise, you usually have to clear the dishes yourself and ask for drinks multiple times.

However, this also takes a while.

The food is diverse but overcooked or lukewarm.

The sauna area smells extremely musty.

I can recommend the massages though.

Many Russians over 50 years old.

It's easy to connect with other guests.

Rooms are very dark. Rather cramped.

Nice stay to relax

The staff is top-notch - really very nice and always helpful!

We were hoping for more Turkish cuisine!
