Pleasant

The hotel is only one year old. The food in the main restaurant was enjoyable, with a wide variety of options. We were upgraded to a spacious room with a private swimming pool.
The food in the snack bar was disappointing. The music was excessively loud throughout the day without any breaks. Noise was audible from the hallway and other rooms.
The cleaning lady arrived without any tools - without a cart for towels or minibar items. I informed her that we didn't require cleaning but requested fresh towels. She left somewhere, leaving me wondering: how do they actually clean the rooms?
The hotel is not directly by the beach as I had expected. It requires an 11-minute walk or taking a shuttle.

Ok but probably won't come back

Decent rooms. Nice to have drinks in the room every day. The pool was great and mostly clean.
Sometimes unfriendly staff, especially at the pool bar. The food is quite mediocre and at times embarrassing for a resort. The bed and pillow were rock hard. The location is a disaster

Modern, comfortable hotel, not necessarily the best for relaxation.

Great selection, delicious all inclusive service, the kids' pool added a lot to the holiday experience, our child loved it. Meals could be enjoyed anytime inside the hotel, we especially enjoyed the ice cream and waffles. The room and bed were comfortable, the duvet was changed daily, the complimentary minibar was always stocked. We received our towels in order, exchanging them was possible upon request. There was usually enough space around the pools, thanks to volunteers who collected the reserved towels (not worth reserving towels if you booked early in the morning). The evening entertainment was interesting and diverse. We would like to thank Besta for her kindness!
The hotel is still a bit unfinished, you can see here and there that the tiling and the carpet are not perfect yet. The toilets around the pools would require more frequent cleaning. The animation team is very kind, but in my opinion, they are understaffed, there is a lady in charge of the evening kids' disco, who is very sweet and kind, and I saw two guys who tried to entertain guests during the day with darts and similar games.
It was a bit difficult to relax a bit, as the evening program was loud until 11 pm, and at 4.30 am the Muezzin called for prayer, it was disturbing that the mosque was right in front of our room. We booked a room overlooking the garden, but we ended up with a room overlooking the neighboring plot. The kids' club was not very impressive, it was set up in a half-empty event room with a handicraft corner, board games, and despite the separate area, kids could make sand art and paint.
Very few staff speak English, they prefer Russian and German. Everyone seemed a bit moody, but understandable, as they have a lot of work.

Cleaning standards at this 5-star hotel are not good 😑
