Quality - Open to development.

Everything we ate and drank was very high quality. It was a very nice gesture to upgrade our room for free. We did not experience any problems with the staff; they were all very helpful, attentive, and smiling.

The sea of Tekirova is already very beautiful, and the beach was quite successful. Soft drinks and beers are served in bottles. The alcoholic drinks offered at the bars were also from well-known quality brands.

The pools and rooms were very clean. Overall, we did not encounter any issues with hygiene anywhere in the hotel.

I would expect a greater variety of flavors in the Turkish cuisine at the open buffet, at least different options could be offered on different days. Similarly, the meals at the à la carte restaurant we chose were delicious, but I think they were a bit lacking in variety.

As for the service, there was one thing: Sometimes the staff would check a few times in a row if we needed anything, but then they would not be seen around for a long time afterwards.

Also, there were quite a lot of children in the hotel for us. :)

Amazing experience

We recently returned from Rixos Premium Tekirova. The experience was fantastic, especially with a child. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until check-out.

A special thanks to Tamerlan, Cem Bey, Yagmur, and Merve Hanim from Guest Relations, and Nidal Bey from the reception team for ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Rixos Premium Tekirova is a paradise for families, offering pools, amenities, and daily activities that delighted our child throughout the day.

A big shoutout to Sherifa Hanim who coordinated kids' shows and mini-disco events that our child eagerly anticipated each day. Her energy, warmth, and devotion to the children were heartwarming. Kudos to the Rixi Kids Club team for their exceptional care and enthusiasm. They were always helpful, attentive, and kind, going above and beyond for us.

Rixos Premium Tekirova impressed us with its beautiful environment, delicious cuisine, and top-notch entertainment. We will certainly return to Rixos Premium Tekirova!

Third time at Rixos Tekirova and it only gets better

Having visited Rixos Tekirova twice before, my family and I have always left thoroughly impressed by the service and the overall experience. Last year, an unfortunate incident left us hesitant about returning; however, after being personally assured by the resort team that they would do everything possible to make our next stay exceptional, we decided to give it another chance. We are so glad we did.

The team went truly above and beyond, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank a few individuals in particular. Cansu Namdar - thank you for welcoming us so warmly and for embodying Rixos hospitality at its finest. And to our butlers, Polina (who is simply irreplaceable), Koray, and Ata - your dedication, attentiveness, and ability to resolve any query within minutes made our stay stress-free.
