15 euros requested extra for each 2-room apartment booked for each family of 2 people although we had paid the rate according to Booking. (one person/apartment was registered but the rate was corresponding to two people/apartment).
The owner and Booking can verify the above.
At the reception, a child who could only say that he would call the police; after discussions with the owner, they accepted a "discount" - we pay 20 euros instead of 30.
A Turkish owner who does not treat his fellow citizens well, whom we have passed by for over 20 years.
We will avoid this place in the future, and we regret not considering other reviews; the ones with a score of 10 are not related to the reality here.
I am waiting for the return of 20 euros collected in excess by the receptionist at the owner's suggestion, compared to the Booking rate corresponding to 2 people per apartment booked on the site and registered for 1 person.
Thank you for the small gesture.
Turkey remains a beautiful country, but such "owners" tarnish the image (I consider it an isolated case for now)
