Swim Up room was sensational, room size was also good, service staff mostly very friendly and attentive with a tip;)

Booked a Swim Up Room, at check-in we were given a different room because none were available - no one told us at the reception, we only realized it in the room - which was also okay for me for 1 night in another room without a Swim Up feature - at least an apology would have been appropriate & expected - NOTHING!

Reception very curt & unfriendly unfortunately!

Hygiene in the rooms was so-so, gym, however, was dilapidated, dirty, and no technician seen for maintenance in the last few months.

Hairdresser RIP-OFF! Advertise with prices - then more expensive when paying, even though cash!!!

Overall I am satisfied with the rest. Liked the hotel's location and convenient access to the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although in some places noticeable minor repairs needed.

Food was varied in quantity, a wide selection was truly great, but most of the menu repeated from day to day. Liked the bar, as well as ice cream and snacks throughout the day.

The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help and advise. Cleaning was done almost daily, only one day there was possibly a mistake.

Among the minuses — animation and evening shows were more oriented towards older audiences. The entertainment program in neighboring hotels looked significantly more active and interesting.

Overall the hotel left a pleasant impression, especially due to the cozy location, service, and proximity to the sea

Everything is fine, except for one...

Excellent hotel with good food. There is everything necessary for an excellent rest.

Endless music (or better to say a nuisance) will accompany you throughout your stay. For families with children under 3 years old, it is terribly inconvenient in some cases, but you may be lucky and they will redecorate all the rooms, which I hoped for all the time. They moved us from the room right in front of the pool, where in most cases everything is noisiest, we refused (although we were with a child under 2 years old), referring to the fact that there are no available rooms.
