Excellent

We were accommodated in a room overlooking the sea even though we did not pay extra for it. Overall, the staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. Free decent hammam, nice children's area. The beach is not bad, not very large but not tiny either. Good drinks at the bar, decent food. Overall, a good option for the money.

Good location, food was not bad. Rooms are clean, but there are small breakages. Animators are friendly. Close to the sea. There is a beach bar. The territory is small, but nice.

We were greeted not very warmly. I understand that Turkey is a country of divorces, but not to this extent. I travel a lot, have been to many countries, often book through booking and have never had any problems. In this hotel, we did not know what to complain about, what to extort money for (since initially an expensive room with a sea view was booked) 2 adults and a child 16 years old (when booking, the age was asked during registration, up to 17 years - a child). The administrator says that they consider our child up to 12 years, pay 80 euros extra... although in their bill the age and amount match the booking 🤨 I asked for a receipt for these 80 euros, to understand what happened, naturally did not receive it. Then they declared we have to pay 640 euros more, with a bill, as if we had just arrived without sites 🤣 I started calling the police and finding places in neighboring hotels... after 40 minutes of conversation, they finally decided to check me in at the initial price 🤦‍♂️ (apparently not to lose 2 rooms (we were 2 families))

The hotel has a decent selection of import alcohol, but after 24:00 everything is paid. The animation was completely absent. No one came, did not perform. There was a children's disco and in the evening they organized small contests for 30 minutes.
