We would like to inform you that the rooms are very comfortable and very clean, and we are satisfied with them.
The reason we had considered canceling our stay concerns only the breakfast. Unfortunately, it does not meet our expectations at all. Whether it is drinks or food, the quality does not, in our opinion, correspond to the level of a 5-star hotel.
For example, there is no fresh and natural fruit juice, the hot drinks are not of good quality, and the food selection is very limited for a breakfast advertised in a 5-star hotel. We tried it on the first day and again on the second day, hoping for an improvement, but our impression remained the same.
Considering the price paid and the rating of your establishment, we expected a more varied breakfast, with better quality products and an experience in line with a 5-star hotel.
