Location was the only nice thing about it
Food; breakfast was the same every day and the labels were incorrect, for tomato soup they had chicken soup listed? Or for Simit, cheese sandwich was listed when it actually had sausage. Forget it if you're vegetarian!
Dinner was also a disaster, they kept serving fast food Kofte or fast food kebab, it was really disgusting! The only thing that was good was the salad, in the fruit they cut we found worms on the table, we informed a chef there and he looked at it then put the plate of sliced grapefruit back in its place..
Staff; there were 3 girls at the bar and they were very helpful and sweet, at the reception they were very helpful and sweet, at the restaurant they were very rude, same goes for the pool area and what stood out throughout the whole hotel was that there were way too few staff, they were there with a group that was always the same so at the bar you had the same girls who were also at the restaurant and when cleaning up too
Nice to see the same faces but also a bit sad for them they didn't even have variety!
Hygiene; the location of the hotel is really beautiful but the hotel itself could use a renovation sometime, I give them a max of 5 years and they could close the doors if they continue like this!
What was also strange was that they kept having issues with the aquapark, we think it was because of a shortage of staff!
Oh they didn't even have milk for the cornflakes
Well, at this 5-star hotel it certainly isn't, maybe barely 3.
