Not worth the money

Very firm pillows, curtains let in light. Blackout curtains were installed upon request and orthopedic pillows were provided.

The hotel grounds are pleasant from the outside.

Concerts by famous Russian performers take place.

The hotel only has Russian guests, the staff hardly speaks English or German.

Price-quality ratio: the service leaves much to be desired, there is a limited food choice in the restaurants a la carte.

This is my first experience of Turkish all-inclusive, but for this money in Europe you could get a much better room, quality of repairs and service.

There is no soundproofing in the room: opposite our room was another hotel, the stage and the amusement park were right in front of us. Even with a closed balcony, the noise was audible as if it were open. The disco and entertainment programs go on past midnight. Moving to another room is not a guarantee, as it depends on available rooms.

Some rooms have been renovated, while others are old, depending on luck.

Mold on the ceiling in the room. No opportunity to iron clothes by yourself. There was a mouse in the beach restaurant.
